  Once announce again, incomplete by personal fitting is not a reason to defective product.

Only products purchased from MANOMOS are available for warranty service.
If the product is defective, you will be able to receive a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

In additional, the head office should check the condition of the product such as cracks, separations,

and variations in materials expect the product's own defects.

After purchase, all A/S will be charged due to customer’s poor management.

It will be shipped within 1-3 weeks, depending on the part and the repair.

Be careful with lenses, especially sunglasses, because it can be caused by hand or nails.
The Manomos sunglasses lenses use 99 % UV protection lenses.

All products could be contaminated by sweat or body odor when worn, so protect to wipe them with a pair of glasses before use.

Long-time contact with materials such as fabric dyed in humid conditions can cause color contamination, and scratch may occur with rough surfaces.

(Customer use management : Exposure to sweating or heat for a long time, please wash and wipe to storing.

In case of severe contamination, rinse it lightly with a neutral detergent before wiping with a dry towel.)
